Being touched by familial ALS, I'd like to see more effort in finding causes of ALS. Such as interviewing patients much more thoroughly.

Obviously we would all like to see a bottomless fund to enable doctors and scientist to come up with a cure for this disease, but excluding research, where would you like to see more money/time/energy focused.
